This posting is for a 1973 VW Super Beetle that I purchased brand new in 1973 and have been the only owner ever since. I have decided to sell only because this is now an extra vehicle and it seems to be spending more time sitting collecting dust, rather than driving.
The body is straight and the chassis is very solid (no rust/bondo). Vehicle has been serviced regularly since day one by family mechanic. This car has been very dependable and strong through out the years and will go to a good home only-please.

new 044 big valve heads with heavy racing springs.
12 pass aftermarket oil cooler with hide away oil filter.
chrome 36 hp style shroud.
light weight racing fan.

1967 V W Bug-Very ORIGINAL- NO RUST anywhere. 1967 is an excellent year (Ask me) Nice uncut dash with Original radio..Has cool 1970's paint job that gets alot of attention, or could sand down to original RUBY RED PAINT. I have another good 1967 hood for it. Comes with new door panels and outside side trim.
This Bug RUNS AND SHIFTS GREAT--DEPENDABLE...I dricve it about 100-200 miles/week. Has original engine-drips a little oil, no big deasl. I have driven this to Northern Calif before--no problem.
